Do you make any vegan items?
Unfortunately, we do not offer any vegan choices and are unlikely to do so in the future.
How do I keep my purchases fresh?
My cupcakes freeze beautifully! Keep them as airtight as possible and your space as free as possible from unpleasant odors. Allow several hours for the cupcakes to come to room temperature before serving. Do not thaw in a 'hot' or humid environment, in direct sun, etc. My icing recipe is made of butter and sugar and flavor extracts, and while it is a crusting buttercream, it will degrade in temps over 85F.
Do you offer gluten free items?
Because I bake in a home environment and eat a varied diet , I will never be able to guarantee any kind of allergy free products. I also use almond extract in all my white cake recipe and my icing as well. My recipe calls for dairy, gluten, and nut products.
